ORION is one of Germany’s best employers for women

The women’s quota of 69 per cent actually speaks for itself alone. But ORION wanted to make it official and applied for the Brigitte Employer Study 2020 as one of the best employers for women in Germany. With success. Four out of five possible stars make us happy, but at the same time also spur us on to become even better in the future.

The study evaluated the companies’ commitment in various areas that are important for equal opportunities for women: work-life balance, work flexibility, career development measures and the importance of transparency and equality in the company. The proportion of women in management positions and the companies’ self-imposed quotas for women were also included in the score. ORION consistently received four out of five stars in all areas.

A total of 257 companies took part in this year’s survey, which Brigitte conducted for the third time together with Territory Embrace. The detailed study results are available at brigitte.de/bestearbeitgeber.
